    BEDFORD — After performing in Africa last winter with the Mizero Children’s Troupe — a group of Rwandan children who sing, dance and drum to raise awareness about the genocide in their country that has left children sick and homeless — singer/songwriter Meme Stephens will perform with them again, right here in Bedford.
