Fail to protect or encourage, Feb 23, 2009 |
| Northglen High School fails to protect the safety of their students. Female students who have been assaulted by male students have no recourse or protection while on campus. They fail to encourage students -- good students -- to succeed. There is no guidance offered that could change the life of a child. Their philosophy seems to be that average students are better off getting their GED then continuing on at Northglen. |
