BELLINGHAM — The teen driver involved in February’s Meridian Street wreck will face trial as an adult, a court commissioner ruled Friday. Vitaliy Sushch, now 17, has been charged with vehicular homicide in connection with the Feb. 1 death of 62-year-old Fred Boettner.
