    Air Force Airman Aimee E. Melvin has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. She earned distinction as an honor graduate. Melvin is the daughter of Tammie Melvin of Lake Stevens and is a 2002 graduate of Central Valley High School in Spokane.
