DON'T SEND YOUR CHILD TO West Orange High School, Dec 09, 2007 |
| I graduated from there in 1998 and I gotta tell you that it was horrible! In 9th grade, I came to know some of the "blood" gang members. From 10th grade until 12th grade, was the worst. Drugs, gangs, sex. etc. I remember one time, one of my friends brought a sawed off shotgun on the bus, even though Deputy Smith caught him. One of my other friends would carry a shank around with him. And don't go to one of there football games. I remember one time West Orange was playing against Evens High School and a shooting broke out. The reason behind it was some gangs in Pine Hills didn't get along with some gangs in Winter Garden (the Zoo click, w.g.b, etc.). Please reconsider sending your child to this school. There are better schools out there! |

| This school like almost every other school in Florida is a joke. I graduated from there in 1997 and it was horrible. There were classes I went to that we literally did nothing. You basically show up and sit there. Florida's school system is a joke. |
