    Library exhibit: The students at Blue Rock School will exhibit projects at the New City Library during December. New York Recycles poster winner: Chau (Cindy) Tran, a student at the Ramapo Freshmen Center in Spring Valley, was a first place winner in the grades 7-9 category of the 2007 New York Recycles!
