| I am currently an 8th grader attending KLMS (not the same person who wrote the first review). Kemps Landing is a very good school, and is the best school there can be. The teachers are all great, the learning environment is great, everything about Kemps Landing is great. I think that the Honor code is great because it motivates the students to really abide by the Honor code, and honor always stays with a person. Our SOL scores have a great impact on Virginia, as one of my teachers told me. People who think about starting a business in Virginia look at SOL scores to decide what the best school in Virginia is, so they can have an educated work force. And, of course, Kemps Landing Magnet is the school that makes Virginia Beach the city in Virginia that has the best schools, according to SOL scores. |

Student At KLMS, Apr 17, 2006 |
| I am currently a 6th grader attending KLMS. I love my year so far and I have learned a lot. The teachers hear are great and teach great too. Not only do we have an excellent staff but we have great students. The student body is very generous and we always go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, we recently had a fundraiser and our goal was to get $500. Last year the school raised $400 so we were hoping to beat it. Not only did we get our $500, but we reached $1,116. The price doubled our goal. |
