Teachers Wake Uppp!, Nov 09, 2006 |
| Sometimes we think we know it all, but you need to STOP, THINK and LISTEN. You are not helping the kids when you find fault with their every move. In the classroom, when someone is hit, there is no chance to explain to really find out what occurred or where ever the trouble started. You don't let them express their feelings--"SHUT UP-SIT DOWN" or open up to you--NO TRUST. At lunch, if they're laughing and talking, you begin to holler and scream louder than they and made to sit at the table of embarassment where they can be seen, for sure. They have NO OUTSIDE time. The kids are not angels. Teachers "NO SMOKING." If you want respect, you have to show and practice it!!!!!!! |
