    WORKING TOGETHER- Brookside Elementary School second-grader Luke Tribe, center, is paired with fourth-graders Gianni Stillo and Cristian Chicas in the school's Buddy Program. The ongoing activity at the Oak Park school links younger children with older students who serve as mentors in monthly activities such as community service projects, games, reading and art.

    The Santa Comes to Agoura and Beyond annual food drive will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. Sat., Dec. 1 at Doit Center, 28750 Roadside Drive, Agoura Hills. This year the event, which is more than 25 years old, will include donation collections for two local youths facing medical problems, and the opportunity to obtain a free digital ID for children.
