    The state has mandated a new health related program in grades three through twelve.  E.C.I.S.D. officials gathered at Sam Houston elementary on Thursday night to kick things off. Teachers and Administrators say if kids are exercising and eating healthy then their test scores will go up.  Each students gets an assessment at the end of each year.
