Centennial High School, May 13, 2009

My son is about to graduate. Centennial has been very good for him. The teachers demand quality work and keep track of missed assignments and expect makeups from students. Students are expected to do a lot of writing and my son has learned a lot at Centennial about how to create a strong essay. There are a lot of sports and extracurricular activities. I can say that the wrestling team and the debate club are well-coached. The facility is clean and well-maintained. There are caring guidance counselors who are very focused on getting the students into college.

| In Howard County, Centennial is one of the best schools. ALL schools in Howard county are great, but Centennial has a strong reputation for academics and because of this, a lot of parents who want their kids to do well move into the district. |
