    The torch is about to be passed. For five years, Freddy and Charlotte Hamlet have coordinated Fort Morgan’s community Thanksgiving dinner. They are about to retire from that job and hand it over to Amy Spicer, who was highly visible as about 60 volunteers fed about 300 people Thursday.
