The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has determined a man whose burned body was found next to a Jackson County road in May, was alive when he was set on fire. Investigators say Johnny Ray Lee Junior of Altus had planned on visiting friends in Olney, Texas the day before his body was found.
