    LANCASTER - Brenda Shoemaker says her nephew doesn't recall what happened Friday afternoon along U.S. 33 in Lancaster. But the 13 year old was in court Monday accused of stealing a Rent-A-Center truck and causing four accidents that led to the death of a 77-year-old man and injured seven others.
