    CHEYENNE -- The leader of Laramie County School District 1 will earn $177,650 in 2008-09. On Monday, LCSD1 trustees unanimously approved a 4.5 percent pay raise for Superintendent Ted Adams. The new salary runs from July 1 through June 30, 2009.
