CAMPBELL - The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has identified the man who was found dead following a house fire. The body of Richard J. Sikora, 41, was found at 469 Robinson Road. A fire department spokesman said crews responded to the Cape Cod type home about 5:45 a.m. and found him on the second floor. The state Fire Marshal's office is assisting in looking for a cause, the spokesman said.

For the first time, 10 of Trumbull County's 20 school districts achieved an excellent rating on Ohio's annual report card assessment. Two districts, Lakeview and Howland, were recognized under a new category called excellent with distinction. Two other area districts - Warren and Youngstown - achieved the distinction of being among nine statewide identified as being in academic watch.
