    ASHLAND COUNTY -- A section of Ohio 603, one-fifth mile north of County Road 1475 in Milton Township, will be closed today for drainage repairs. The detour for northbound motorists is Ohio 603 to U.S. 42, north on U.S. 42 to Ohio 96, west on Ohio 96 to Ohio 603, and reverse for southbound motorists.
