    A Huron County mother is under investigation for allegedly accepting hundreds of dollars in donations under false pretenses. That's according to New London Police who say the mother of a 12-year-old girl went around town claiming her daughter was diagnosed with cancer. Investigators say the mother even brainwashed the little girl into believing she really did have cancer and shaved her head.
