CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo. — A two-car accident sent five people to the hospital just after 2 p.m. Friday. Michael D. Mathews, 41, of Hale, Mo., was westbound on S.E. Tobin Valley Drive when the 1999 Dodge he was driving was struck by a 1998 Lincoln northbound on S.E. Crab Apple Drive.
