    ITHACA -- A 60-year-old grandfather will spend at least seven years behind bars. Gratiot County Circuit Judge Michelle M. Rick on Monday sentenced Dale J. Wiggins to 85 months to 20 years in prison. Rick gave Wiggins credit for 51 days already served.
