    Manual Diaz, Jr. was charged with Aggravated Battery today. Inmate Edgar Richard was beaten in the Sedgwick County Adult Detention Facility on February 15th. Investigators said Richard was upset over his medication and fought with Diaz. Richard suffered severe head and face trauma.
