Sulsberger released the following: May 22, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy made an additional arrest on the Burglary at the Louisville American Legion and the Effingham/Clay Farm Service in Louisville. Charged also with the Burglaries is Matthew C. McKinney, 20, of Fairfield. McKinney is currently incarcerated in the Wayne County Jail pending Burglary charges there.
