Flooding along the English River near Kalona crested Saturday, March 15, shortly after these photos by the Civil Air Patrol where shot. Flood stage at Kalona on the English River is 14 ft. It crested at 17.8 ft about 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Tuesday morning it had receded to 10.7 ft.
