    What a difference a day makes. On Nov. 20, in the Northeast Georgia Invitational at Madison County, the Hart County Bulldogs appeared to pick up where they left off last season, posting a 67-57 win over the host Red Raiders. Last year's squad reached the final four.

    As lake levels continue to drop, Lake Hartwell may soon reach an all-time low, according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Web site. Since it began compiling data in 1962, the Corps' lowest recorded level for Hartwell was 643 feet on Dec. 24, 1981.
