A blaze has scorched at least five acres of brush just off the Orange (57) Freeway along the Orange-Los Angeles county line, county fire officials said. A burning car apparently sparked the flames along the northbound 57. It was reported at about 2:10 p.m. Saturday just north of the county line, Los Angeles County fire spokeswoman Melanie Flores said.
