Dirty school, May 30, 2007 |
| We just moved from Dorchester county to Berkeley county. I took my son on a tour of Berkeley county middle school. I could not believe how dirty the school was. The entrance was very clean and well maintained. As we were taken around to the classrooms the floors were filthy in the hallways and the classrooms. The school had a bad odor and as we switched from hall to hall outside there were dumpsters that we passed that smelled very bad. I can't believe these children are having to attend a school in these filthy conditions. I was not at all impressed by what I saw. My son has attended one of the oldest schools in Summerville. It might be old but it is always clean and well maintained. |
