Croatan pushes our children out to keep their scores up, Sep 24, 2009 |
| Cape Lookout Marine Science High School has been a blessing for my daughter. Like the student above stated, Cape Lookout is a very laid back school, but that doesn't mean the children aren't learning. My daughter is pushed and challenged to work hard in a kind and loving way, unlike Croatan's discriminatory abuse of power. I am extremely grateful for Cape Lookout but am also saddened by Croatan's nonconforming policies for the damage it has done to many children. |

| I think that this school is way more laid back, and less strict. Which I think is a good thing. It helps the students feel more relaxed when it comes to there work. I am a new student at Cape. I was at Croatan and I was stressed out, But when I transferred at the end of the year, I realized that the teachers were so much more helpful. This school may not be the best. But it helps to go to this school if you can't keep up with Croatan. So I do give the school a thumbs up. The only down side is the food. If you are a student. BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH. CD |
